Wholesalefilaments.com is happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. All returns have a mandatory policy whereas Wholesalefilaments.com requires approval before items are returned and accepted. Simply contact us by email with your invoice or order number and explain why you wish to return the items within 14 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the event the items are found defective, we will accept the items back but no refund of money will be given. Defected items will be replaced and shipped for the same item, color, and size only once they have been returned and inspected. In the event a buyer is unhappy with the quality of the items they have purchased, please email us with your concerns and we will be happy to issue you a credit or voucher for your next purchase. Please do not send us your items without a return authorization number or pay for return shipping yourself, we will gladly send you a shipping label for your return so you do not incur any additional charges. You will not be reimbursed for shipping items back on your own without prior authorization from Wholesalefilaments.com. A 10% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund on all case orders.
